COFFEE BEAN's your LIFE

In my childhood days, I saw my parents and grand parents, they love coffee so much. I do not love coffee until I discover the taste of it.  In our country, coffee is the best way to start your early morning. They say that coffee will give you energy to stay up all day long. Some people drink coffee to stay up late at night. Coffee is very popular in our country.

WHAT IS COFFEE?
Coffee is seed from a coffee plant. It is a brewed drink prepared from roasted seeds. It came from a tree of coffee cherries, it is the seed of coffee cherries. Coffee contains a healthy chemicals called poly phenols also known as antioxidant that reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. It also contains caffeine but it is not recommended for people who have a health history of gastroesophageal reflux disease, arrhythmia, migraine.


THE WORLD 's MOST EXPENSIVE COFFEE

The alamid coffee bean. It is made from a coffee berries eaten by alamid cat (Asian Palm Civet) and pass through the digestive system. The berry is digested but the seed is not digested. It is collected and processed.  Others called it "kopi luwak".

It is known as the most expensive coffee in the world because it is sold between $130 and $500 and above per pound. It is sold United States and Japan and becoming available through out the world. You can buy these kind of coffee here in the Philippines mainly Cavite and Batangas.Other than alamid coffee bean, there is one coffee beans that is popular in our country.
 
The Brazilian coffee bean. Many of our locals, love the taste of Brazilian coffee bean. The soothing effect that calms your body. You can relax your body by drinking a cup in the morning or in siesta time. It is used by some of the popular coffee shops in out country. One company I know is DXN International Pvt. Ltd. that distribute from Malaysia to 140 countries world wide. They process Brazilian coffee bean and put ganoderma extract to give more health benefits for coffee lovers. Here in our country, coffee industry sells around 100 Million per month. The DXN ask what Filipino do to coffee? Answer: We don't drink it, we swim on it! Filipinos are very addicted to coffee.
